David G. Schiff

David G. Schiff, age 56 of New Cambria, Missouri, passed away Sunday, February 28, 2021 at University Hospital in Columbia, Missouri.
Born July 28, 1964 in Valparaiso, Indiana, the son of Gregory and Donna (Hofferth) Schiff. On September 29, 2017 in Macon, Missouri, he was united in marriage to Bobbi J. Sayre who survives.
Also surviving are one son, Gregory Russell Schiff of Macon, Missouri; one daughter, Amber Marie Schiff of Bevier, Missouri; one stepson, James Parrish of Newtown, Missouri; one sister, Karen L Rhoades of Callao, Missouri; five nieces and nephews, Christina Young, Christopher Schiff, Brandi Zoellick, Traci Dale, and Jenny Chinn; and one step-granddaughter, Serena Parrish.
His parents; one brother, Kevin Schiff; one nephew, Steven Rhoades; and one stepson, Donald Parrish, preceded him in death.
David lived most all of his life in Macon County. He was a 1982 graduate of Atlanta High School. He had worked at Toastmaster Inc. and was currently employed at Advanced Disposal. David enjoyed building models, watching trains, and especially spending time with his family.
Graveside services will be 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, March 3, 2021 at Elmer Cemetery in Elmer, Missouri. There will be no visitation.
There will be a small gathering of family and friends at the Elmer Park across the road after the service.
