Trent Leroy Perry

Trent L. Perry, age 64, of La Plata, Missouri, passed away Monday, March 23, 2026, at his home.
Born February 7, 1962, in Kirksville, Missouri, the son of Willian Jasper and Rose Maxine (McEwen) Perry.
Surviving is one brother Ernest (Nelda) Perry of Kearney, Missouri; one brother-in-law, Junior Perry of La Plata, Missouri; and several nieces and nephews.
Preceding him in death were his parents; two sisters, Donna Hagar Lindley and Virginia Perry; one brother, Billy Perry; and his dog, Charlie.
Trent lived in La Plata most of his life. He was a 1980 graduate of La Plata High School. He owned and operated Trent Perry Construction and Rentals. Trent was a life-long member of the NRA and served on the La Plata City Council for over 25 years.
Graveside services will be 2:00 p.m. Saturday, April 4, 2026, at Cherry Box Cemetery in Shelby County, Missouri.
