Michael lived a life deeply connected to the land and the cattle industry. A true cowboy at heart, he dedicated his life to the raising and care of cattle.

A lifelong outdoorsman, Michael enjoyed fishing and hunting. His greatest connection with nature was through the pursuit of wild turkeys. His love for turkey hunting extended beyond the thrill of the chase; it was a cherished tradition, a source of camaraderie, and a means to connect with the natural world. He possessed a unique gift for making every gathering a celebration, whether it was with family or friends, a casual get-together, a benefit for a cause, a hunt in the woods, a day at the golf course, or a night out on the town.

Michael loved God, his family, and friends.
