Ruth Ann Easley

Ruth Ann Easley of Kansas City, Missouri passed away Friday, October 17, 2025.
Born January 1, 1944 in Stoutsville, Missouri, she was the middle daughter of Frank and Gladys Vaughn.
On February 18, 1962 she wed Garry Jackson Easley in La Plata, Missouri.
Ruth is survived by her husband Garry of 64 years, two children David (Beth) Easley, Denise (John) Bilyeu; four grandchildren, Allison (Lucas) Davis, Michael (Kelli) Easley, Tyler Emery, Nicole Emery; three great-grandchildren, Addison Davis, Josephine Emery, Baby Davis due in February; two sisters, Jo (Bill) Harison, Linelle (Harold) Collins; and sister-in-law, Denise Easley.
Ruth was preceded in death by her parents and in-laws Leland and Hazel Easley, Larry and Doris Easley and Jerry Easley.
Ruth was a 1961 graduate of La Plata High School. Ruth's greatest joy was spending time with her family, grand-children, sisters, nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be Friday, November 14, 2025, at 10:00 a.m. Friday, with the service at 11:00 a.m.
at Travis Funeral Chapel in La Plata, Missiouri
