David B. St. Clair
March 19, 1954 - June 16, 2019
David B. St. Clair, age 65 of Elmer, Missouri, passed away unexpectedly Sunday, June 16, 2019 at his home.
Born March 19, 1954 in Kirksville, Missouri, the son of Paul Granville and Irma Mae (Davison) St. Clair. On November 3, 1972 in La Plata, Missouri, he was united in marriage to Wanda Rhoades who survives.
Also surviving are two sons and daughters-in-law, Chris and Candy St. Clair of La Plata, Missouri and Aaron and Amy St. Clair of Memphis, Missouri; one daughter and son-in-law, Mandy and Scott Mattingley of Elmer, Missouri; one brother, Donald St. Clair and wife Janet of Chillicothe, Missouri; two sisters, Myrna Brumbach of Bucklin, Missouri and Pam Burris and husband Dean of La Plata, Missouri; eleven grandchildren, Cinnamon, Cutter, Morgan, Will, and Raegan St. Clair, Cruz Duncan, Easton and Ayden Doss, Dakota (Cheyenne) Mattingley, Courtney (Zach) McElhaney, and Mazy Gray; and four great grandchildren, Kace, Ollie, Zayley, and Myla.
His parents and one brother, Larry St. Clair preceded him in death.
David lived in Macon County all of his life. He was a 1972 graduate of La Plata High School. He had been employed with Macon County Road and Bridge and later was a FedEx contractor for several years. Presently he was employed at Kirksville Concrete Company in Kirksville, Missouri.
David was a member of the Elmer Christian Church. He was an avid hunter and fisherman and loved spending time with his family.
Celebration of Life services will be 11:00 a.m. Saturday, June 22, 2019 at the Elmer City Park. Officiating will be Larry Fletcher. Inurnment will be in the Elmer Cemetery.
