Steven B. Shoop

Steven B. Shoop, age 51 of Fulton, Missouri, passed away Wednesday, January 24, 2018 at University Hospital in Columbia, Missouri.
Born June 27, 1966 in Kirksville, Missouri, the son of Frank and Carolyn (Kiesow) Shoop. On August 21, 2004 in Atlanta, Missouri, he was united in marriage to Erin Hays who survives.
Also surviving is his mother, Carolyn Shoop of Eldon, Missouri; two daughters and sons-in-law, Jacqulin and Tyler Simmons of La Plata, Missouri and Alissa and Chris Dieckman of Eldon, Missouri; two brothers and sisters-in-law, Darcy and Linda Shoop of Novelty, Missouri and Brian and Deanna Shoop of Kirksville, Missouri; one sister, Debbie Clemons of Eldon, Missouri; four grandchildren, Jackson and Kaylee Simmons and Macee and Rhylea Dieckman; and several nieces and nephews.
His father, Frank preceded him in death.
Steven was an avid Nascar fan and loved his dogs.
Memorial services will be 2:00 p.m. Saturday, February 3, 2018 at Travis Funeral Chapel in La Plata, Missouri. Inurnment will be at a later date in Mt. Tabor Cemetery, east of Atlanta, Missouri.
