Dale K. Woodard

Dale K. Woodard, age 81 of Macon, Missouri, passed away Thursday, July 6, 2017 at the Loch Haven Nursing Home in Macon, Missouri.
Born April 26, 1936 in Novelty, Missouri, he was the son of Thomas and Lena (Willey) Woodard. On February 14, 1965 in Bevier, Missouri he was united in marriage to Patricia Ann Foley who preceded her in death on June 19, 2017.
Also preceding him in death were his parents and one brother, Robert Woodard.
Survivors include one sister-in-law, Bonita Pennington of Macon; one nephew, John Long and special friend Mary of La Plata, Missouri; great nieces and nephews, Tammy and G.A. Thompson of Macon, Kelli and Seth Evans of Illinois, Anthoney (Tony) Long of Illinois, Nick Long of Illinois, Chad Long and Katie of Texas, and Alex Long of Iowa.
Dale was a 1954 graduate of Novelty High School. He was a member of the Gospel Center Church in Macon and was a past member of the Atlanta Masonic Lodge. He loved to fish, tell old stories, and spend time with his wife.
Graveside services will be 10:00 a.m. Saturday, July 8, 2017 at Hill Crest Memorial Gardens in Macon with Pastor Elaine Allred officiating.
