JoAnn Westbrook

JoAnn Westbrook, age 63 of La Plata, Missouri, passed away Saturday, February 20, 2016 at Northeast Regional Medical Center in Kirksville, Missouri.
Born August 17, 1952 in Chattanooga, Tennessee, she was the daughter of Harvey and Francis (Starnes) Chandler. On January 28, 1969 in Trenton, Georgia, she married Robert Bode, and to this union three sons were born. JoAnn later married Ronald Westbrook who preceded her in death on August 1, 2003.
Also preceding her in death were her parents, one brother, one sister, and one great granddaughter, Sawyer Anderson.
Surviving are three sons, Dale Bode and wife Leighanna of La Plata, Missouri, Russell Bode of Clarence, Missouri, and Eric Bode of Cameron, Missouri; four brothers, one sister, eleven grandchildren, one great grandson, and a special buddy, Candi Cole of La Plata, Missouri.
JoAnn was a resident of the La Plata Nursing Home where she was once employed in dietary.
Graveside services will be 2:00 p.m. Thursday, February 25, 2016 at Memorial Park Cemetery in Moberly, Missouri under the direction of Travis Funeral Chapel in La Plata, Missouri.
