Travis Funeral Chapel

Patricia Lynn Kirkpatrick of Wolfforth, Texas, passed away on Sunday, November 1, 2015 at the age of 62. She was born January 14, 1953 in Kirksville, Missouri to Bobby and Verna Marie (Pippin) Buck.

Survivors are her daughter, Lynnette Kirkpatrick; son, Jimmy Kirkpatrick; mother, Verna Marie Buck of La Plata, Missouri; three brothers, Eddie Buck of Kirksville, Missouri, Mike and W. R. Buck of La Plata, Missouri; one sister, Bobbi Lou Hamlin of Kirksville, Missouri; grandchildren, Chelsea and Isaiah Johnson and Skye McDonald; numerous nieces, nephews; and extended family members and friends, including Pam Burris of Elmer, Missouri.

Her father preceded her in death. 



Patty was a 1971 graduate of La Plata High School. She worked for Fouch’s Food Mart and Moore’s Department Store before moving to Texas in 1974. She was an MHMR Aide for the Lubbock Region until she retired. 



Funeral services will be 2:00 p.m. Sunday, November 8, 2015 at Travis Funeral Chapel in La Plata, Missouri. Burial will be in the La Plata Cemetery.

Visitation will be Sunday, November 8, 2015 with the family receiving friends from 1:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. at Travis Funeral Chapel, La Plata, Missouri.
