Margaret Louise Larson

Margaret Louise Larson, age 87 of Overland Park, Kansas, passed away Saturday, March 25, 2011 at her home.
Born July 31, 1923 at the family farm near Ethel, Missouri, she was the daughter of Carl Gustav and Jennie (Anderson) Larson.
Survivors include one brother, Edwin Larson of La Plata, Missouri; three sisters, Myrtle Crippin of Marceline, Missouri, Ruth Larson of La Plata, Missouri, and Joan Clark of Ethel, Missouri; and several nieces, nephews, and great nieces and nephews.
Preceding her in death were her parents, one sister, Esther Turner, one brother, Albert Larson, and two nephews, Keith and Roger Turner.
Margaret was a 1942 graduate of Bucklin High School in Bucklin, Missouri. She attended a business college in Kansas City, Missouri and began working various jobs in the area. She then was employed, until her retirement with General Electric Corporation in North Kansas City, Missouri for 25 years. Margaret was a member of Rolling Hills Presbyterian Church in Overland Park, Kansas. She enjoyed cooking and working with her many lawn flowers.
Margaret has been cremated and burial will be at a later date per her wishes.
